Whoa! I love playing Tic Tac Toe with my buds in the bar on the electronic dartboard. As far as I can tell, this is the *only* app that supports this game on the iPhone. If you want Tic Tac Toe, you want this app. I just wish it could give me a random board sometimes. Click on my name to see my reviews of every dart scoring app in the store.
